Fake Statue of Liberty getting lots of looks

GIANT LADY LIBERTY: A large inflatable Statue of Liberty is up on Lake Mendota in Wisconsin as part of a winter carnival. Lady Liberty’s head and torch first appeared on the icy surface in 1979 as a prank by a University of Wisconsin student association group.

Flora-Bama stays busy Friday selling lottery tickets

PERDIDO KEY, Fla. (WKRG) -- A lot of Alabama residents went over to Florida to get their lottery tickets and one place that stayed busy for 12 hours Friday was Flora-Bama Liquor and Lotto.

Employees say most of the time from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. they had a line in the store as people waited to get their tickets.

Texas realtor who took private jet to D.C. is charged in Capitol riot

FRISCO, Texas (KDAF) -- Jenna Ryan, a Texas real estate broker who thoroughly documented her trip to the U.S. Capitol last week is now facing criminal charges in the Jan. 6 mob riot.

Ryan is charged with “knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority” and “disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds."
