STARKVILLE, Miss. (KARK) — It appears some Arkansas fans may have vandalized a statue of Mississippi State’s mascot Bully over the weekend.

The bulldog was painted red and the words “Woo Pig” along with the date “11/17” were spray-painted on the white base of the statue.

November 17 is when Arkansas and Mississippi State square off on the football field.

It’s believed this happened sometime overnight Friday into Saturday morning. The campus police department is currently asking for the public’s help finding those responsible.

The damage to the statue has been repaired.
