Federal judge rules in favor of AHSAA in St. Paul's case

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) - A federal judge has ruled "preliminary injunctive relief is not appropriate at this time" in regards to St. Paul's lawsuit against the AHSAA, per the courts decision.

St. Paul's filed that suit in federal court with a 56-page motion saying the competitive balance rule change specifically targets private schools and puts their players at a greater risk of getting injured.
