Woman arrested after crashing into patrol car, leaving the scene

A Pensacola woman has been arrested after hitting a patrol car and leaving the scene of the accident.

On Wednesday, September 5th Trooper H. Martinez was blocking Fairfield Drive due to a downed power line. 26-year-old Christine B. Stallworth of Pensacola hit the patrol car then fled the scene. 

A warrant was issued for Mrs. Stallworth for Felony Hit and Run. On September 9th trooper’s attempted to serve the warrant at Mrs. Stallworth’s home and during the attempted warrant service Mrs. Stallworth climbed into the attic in an attempt to flee and entered into the apartment next door. Mrs. Stallworth was found in the apartment next door and taken into custody and transported to the Escambia County Jail.

Mrs. Stallworth received the additional charges of Felony Burglary of Occupied Dwelling and Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest W/Out Violence.
