Report: Duo accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting woman at gunpoint

Northwest Florida

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A man and woman are accused of kidnapping a woman, holding her at gunpoint and forcing her to have oral sex with both of them.

The victim said she was driving to McDonald’s Friday night when a woman jumped out screaming for help. As she stopped, a man approached, pointed a gun at her and told her to move over, according to the arrest report.

Tonjas Dixon, aka “Gospel,” and Melody Ortez have been arrested in this case.

The victim said Dixon and Ortez forced her to the Bank of America on New Warrington Road and made her withdraw $700. Then she said she was taken to the Royal Arms Motel. There, the victim said she was forced to have oral sex with both of them. She told the man “I have AIDS” to avoid having intercourse, according to the report.

The victim said she was forced to smoke an unidentified substance from a pipe.

Dixon then went to City Gear with the victim’s boyfriend’s credit card but it was declined. He got upset and said, “Be lucky we are letting you go. I am G-Funk and I have killed before and not scared to do it again.”

The victim told deputies Dixon threatened to kill her and her children and said he knows where they live.
