Pensacola bicyclist hit by car in critical condition

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that left a bicyclist in critical condition. 

FHP says around 3:45 p.m. Saturday, April 20 a 54-year-old cyclist was traveling south on North Palafox Street near Hope Drive. A 2008 Chevy Malibu driven by 42-year-old Lakeshia Snow of Pensacola was traveling in the same direction near Snow. As Snow approached, the cyclist entered into her path of travel causing her to hit him. 

The cyclist was taken to Sacred Heart in critical condition. His identity has not yet been released pending next of kin.
