25-year-old Demarko Weather was arrested Friday night for firing an AK-47 in downtown Pensacola. According to an arrest report, an officer observed Weather walking away from a group of people with the weapon pointed down towards the ground. When Weather was 10 to 20 feet from the crowd he shot one round into the ground then walked to a car and put the rifle inside.

The arrest reports states, weathers “had slurred speech, a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath, and bloodshot eyes.”
