ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for allegedly striking the child multiple times with a leather belt.

According to the arrest report, the boy’s grandparents were watching their grandson when he began complaining about pain and sensitivity on his bottom. The boy’s grandmother also noticed he had bruises on his bottom while giving him a bath and asked him what happened.
