OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Crestview woman was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and three counts of child neglect after arriving at the airport to pick up her child from her ex-husband, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office says deputies responded to the Destin- Fort Walton Beach Airport after a man called concerned about his ex-wife, 32-year-old Analise Guillen. He had just arrived at the airport to drop off their child to her, but told deputies her speech sounded slurred on the phone, deputies report.

Deputies found Guillen in the airport parking lot when she arrived, where they say she seemed disoriented and confused. The sheriff’s office reports Guillen admitted to taking prescription medications earlier in the day and after a field sobriety test, she was arrested for DUI.

There were three small children in the van, so deputies say she was charged with three counts of child neglect as well.

The sheriff’s office says Guillen’s blood alcohol level was at a .378, more than four times the legal limit.

She was taken to the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center until she could be medically cleared to be transferred to the Okaloosa County Jail.
