CRESTVIEW, Fla. (WKRG) — An Okaloosa County student has been charged with a felony and accused of making a death threat against another student. This is the third student arrested in the county for making a threat using a gun in the past month.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, a Crestview High School student was arrested Wednesday morning following an investigation into alleged threats against another student.

Deputies say the 15-year-old is charged with making a false report concerning the use of a firearm against another student, a second-degree felony.

A witness says during a Facetime call, the student threatened to bash another student’s head into a brick wall and threatened to bring a gun to school and kill him.

A second teenager told investigators this was apparently sparked after seeing his ex-girlfriend walking with the boy last Friday on campus.

There were two other students arrested for separate threats made at Davidson Middle School and Niceville High School.
