13-foot shark spotted close to Navarre Beach shore

NAVARRE BEACH, Fla. (WKRG) — Navarre Beach Fire-Rescue snapped pictures of a shark close to shore. They posted photos on Facebook showing the big fish just feet from the beach and people. According to the post the shark was a hammerhead and about 13 feet long. National Geographic says hammerheads do not actively seek out human prey, but are very defensive and will attack when provoked.
