UPDATE: Mobile Police make arrest in Sunday night homicide case


UPDATE (06/03/21) — Mobile Police say they have made an arrest in the shooting death of 15-year-old Jamarion Lee. According to police, 16-year-old Jerome Garmon was arrested and charged with murder. Police say the two teens knew each other.

UPDATE (06/01/21 12:45 p.m.) — Mobile police have identified the teen as 15-year-old Jamarion Lee.

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile police are investigating a homicide on Wesley Lane East in the Greenwich Hills neighborhood of Mobile Sunday evening.

WKRG News 5 spoke with the woman who called 911. She said she found a teen boy who was shot in the middle of the street. The woman said he was still breathing when she tried to revive him, but when the ambulance took him away he was no longer breathing.
