Daphne police officers rescue newborn kittens from storm drain

DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — Daphne police officers helped the city’s animal shelter rescue two newborn kittens from a storm drain Thursday afternoon.

The Daphne Animal Shelter posted photos of the officers recovering the kittens from a storm drain in the city’s north precinct. The shelter says the kittens are safe and in the care of a local animal rescue.
