Cooking with John: Brick and Spoon’s Stuffed Beignets and Bloody Marys


MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Brick and Spoon is in the kitchen with John Nodar where they made Stuffed Beignets and the restaurant’s Bloody Marys. 

Stuffed Beignets

Beignet Mix (Flour, Sugar)
Lay dough out and cut into ¼ inch triangles
Fry in oil in frying pan until golden brown and puffy
Inject with cream cheese/sugar mixture
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Brick and Spoon Bloody Mary

Pour your desired amount of Brick and Spoon Bloody Mary Mix
Add your desired amount of alcohol
Add and garnish with your favorite fixings
