A judge has found a Baltimore police van driver not guilty of all charges in the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray.
Gray broke his neck in police custody which set off Baltimore’s worst riots in decades.
Officer Caesar Goodson was found not guilty of “depraved heart” murder, manslaughter, assault, misconduct in office, and reckless endangerment.
Six officers were charged in gray’s death, but only officer Caesar Goodson was accused of murder.
Goodson was driving the police transport van on the day gray was arrested.
He was accused of not ensuring his passenger’s safety and not calling for medical assistance.
