BREAKING: Mobile Police Investigate Homicide on Eoline Street

Mobile Police say the victim is a about 19 years old. Chief Lawrence Battiste says the victim’s younger brother came home and found him on the floor in a pool of blood. Police say it’s too early in the investigation to say how the man died. Battiste says since it happened indoors, behind closed doors,  witnesses are limited. Battiste says police are canvassing the area, going door-to-door interviewing neighbors.

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police are investigating a homicide on the 1900 block Eoline Street in Mobile Wednesday afternoon.

Neighbors on the scene say a family member came home and found the individual dead inside.

No word on if police have a suspect in custody.

News 5 has a crew on the scene.

This will be the 40th homicide investigation in Mobile.
