Brothers arrested in Summerdale homicide are 2 of a set of triplets

UPDATE 4:24 pm Tuesday:

More than 24 hours after the body of Walter David Powers was found near his home off County Road 83 in Summerdale, two brothers Aaron and Brady Willis have been charged with assault and domestic violence assault.

"We're waiting for results of autopsy we are trying to piece everything together. the possibility that due to health complications, we have to rule all of that out before we proceed with any charges," says Summerdale Police investigator John Gleaton.

Calling it a severe case of domestic violence, investigators say there was bad blood between the Willis brothers and Powers.  "There was an altercation between the brothers and Mr. Powers. It appears that Mrs. Willis tried to intervene in the altercation and she was injured as well," according to Gleaton.

She is said to be cooperating in the investigation but there are still a lot of unanswered questions. Authorities say it will just take time to put all the pieces together.
"98 percent sure we have identified the persons responsible and the general public can be at ease about that," added Gleaton.

The Willis brothers remain in the Baldwin County jail.  They are expected to make their first court appearance Wednesday for a bond hearing.
