A second arrest has been made in the shooting that happened Sunday, June 28th at Dauphin and Monterrey Streets. A woman was shot in the face at the intersection and lost an eye as a result.

16-year-old Isaiah Kelly was arrested for attempted murder, robbery first degree and shooting into an occupied vehicle.  He will be charged as an adult. Police say he’s believed to be one of the suspects approaching the car on surveillance video.

Mobile Police made the first arrest Wednesday. The 15-year-old suspect, who has not been named, was also charged him with attempted murder. The district attorney is hoping to try him as an adult.
