(CNN Newsource) — The late President George H. W. Bush is being honored with his own forever stamp. Mr. Bush died late last year at the age of 94. The stamp includes a portrait of Bush painted by award-winning artist Michael J. Deas.
It is based on a 1997 photograph by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders. The first day of issue ceremony takes place on his birthday, June 12th, at the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in College Station, Texas.
The stamp is now available for pre-order. They will be delivered on or after the ceremony.
