(WKRG) — Giant lobster claws have been spotted in Costco warehouses across California.
Costco, a membership-only warehouse club, sells large quantities of household goods and groceries, along with delicious cakes and quality alcohol.
But if you’ve been walking through their meat section, you know they sell bulk meat items at a great price. Now, their seafood list consists of what people are calling “the largest lobster claws ever seen.”
Check them out!
This is reportedly a 3-pound lobster claw found by Instagrammer @julesfood near New Port Beach, California. How much butter do you think will be needed for this monster?
According to the photos found on Instagram, the claws go for $9.99 a pound, most ranging between 2 to 7 pounds.
We are unsure if there are stores outside of California carrying these enormous seafood delicacies, but if you see them at the Costco here in Mobile (sorry, that seems to be the closest warehouse location to us) send in your pictures to the WKRG Facebook page or by clicking here.
Who else wants to take a bite into one of these, slathered in melted butter?
