WANTED: Mobile Police name second suspect in Mohawk St. homicide

The Mobile Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding 19-year-old Alexander Shamar Bridges. 

Bridges is wanted for the shooting death of 24-year-old Richard Smith that happened on Sunday, June 24 in the 300 block of Mohawk Street, police say. 

Smith is 5’05” tall and 145 lbs.

Jaden Little, 17, was arrested Thursday night and charged with murder after his mother turned him into Police.

Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Wright told News 5, Little admitted to being at the scene but claims someone else shot Smith-Mose.  Prosecutors also told Judge Sherling that surveillance video collected from the area shows two people running from the scene and evidence collected includes shell casings from two different guns.
