MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — US Border Patrol and Mobile County Sheriff’s Office find four cocaine bricks in a spare tire.
A 44-year-old Guatemalan man was arrested for smuggling 10.47 pounds of cocaine, worth approximately $335,134.47 on I-10 near Mobile. The arrest was made by US Border Patrol after MCSO conducted a traffic stop. Border Patrol K9 alerted the officers of potential contraband.
The cocaine and vehicle were turned over to Homeland Security Investigations located in New Orleans.
