A Florida teen is accused of torturing and killing a puppy.  Walton County Sheriff’s Department says 19-year-old Roquan Willis admits to poisoning a 3-month-old puppy with chocolate alcohol.  Deputies say Willis then smashed the puppy’s head into a ceramic sink multiple times.  Willis told investigators the puppy was still alive so he shot him with a pellet gun 8 times.  As the puppy was still suffering, deputies say Willis suffocated the dog with a plastic bag.

Walton County Sheriff’s deputies found the puppy near Willis’ home in DeFuniak Springs in the woods lying on a shower curtain with obvious signs of trauma.

Willis is charged with 4 counts of felony aggravated cruelty.  He was given a 10 thousand dollar bond but remains in jail in Walton County.
