PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) – Prichard police have arrested a man in connection with the murder on Doris Faye Williams Street.

Police tell News 5 Mikel Pettway turned himself in to the Prichard police department Wednesday morning. 

Pettway was initially wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of 33-year-old LaQuan J Packer.

Packer was shot multiple times, at least once in the back, inside a vehicle on Doris Faye Williams Street on March 22, 2019. He died from his injuries.
