MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Portions of two majors roads in Mobile are set to close for three weeks.
Beginning Monday portions of Dauphin and Florida Streets will close near the intersection. The city is working on $1.8 million worth of drainage improvements along Florida Street.
Businesses in the area will remain open, but they might be harder to get to.
On Florida Street, traffic will be detoured on Emogene Street and Old Shell Road.
Mobile Street it is the detour for Dauphin Street.
Detour signs will be placed to help drivers navigate over the next three weeks.
