NEW DETAILS: Mobile Police chase ends in Prichard

PRICHARD, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police were involved in a police chase that ended in Prichard Thursday evening. 

Mobile Police say the chase began on Highway 90 West when police attempted to pull over a vehicle driving recklessly. A police chase began, as the driver refused to stop. 

Mobile Police say pursuit speeds got up to 100 mph once they moved on to I-10 heading to I-65 NB. 

The police continued into Prichard, where it ultimately ended after the vehicle’s wheels locked up and the driver lost control, coming to a rest on Dunlap Circle. 

Joseph Wilburn Jr., 25, Jeremy Jackson, 26, and Keaedrick Williams, 24, fled from the vehicle, but where captured and arrested. 

Mobile Police say they found marijuana inside the vehicle.
