MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Police have arrested 18-year-old Willie Taylor in connection with a shooting on Baltimore Street earlier this week.
A 15-year-old was shot in the back near 1010 Baltimore Street on Monday.
The victim told police he was walking near Oaklawn Homes when someone began firing from within the complex.
According to police, the victim ran to the area of Bernice Hudson drive before he realized he was shot.
