MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police say a man is accused of breaking into a gas station and stealing food.
24-year-old Bruce Swain was taken into custody after police say he went into the Circle K on north University Boulevard around 2 a.m.
Officers say they found him drinking milk and eating a protein bar. Swain is charged with burglary.
