UPDATE (11:45 am) — Mobile Police say 2-year-old Illy Reed has been found safe. She is currently in the custody of DHR. Mobile Police say since the grandmother returned the girl to DHR, the Assistant District Attorney’s office has declined to charge Ouida Reed with Interference with Child Custody.

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 2-year-old girl who was last seen on Wednesday.

Illy Reed disappeared around noon on June 30. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Mobile Police say officers responded to the Department of Human Resources to a report of a child not being returned after a custody court hearing. Warrants have been issued for the child’s grandmother, Ouida Reed for interference with a child custody.
