Tommy Goleman pleads not guilty Monday morning in an arraignment hearing. Goleman also had an attorney appointed for him because he said he could not currently afford to hire one. A preliminary hearing was set for May 14th.
Mobile, Ala. (WKRG) — A man accused of shooting at Mobile Police and then leading them on a manhunt for nearly 18 hours is expected back in court today. Tommy Goleman remains in Metro Jail this morning.
He faces charges of attempted murder, attempting to elude, reckless endangerment and theft of property. Last week after being denied bond Goleman winked and blew a kiss at a Mobile County Assistant District Attorney as he left the courtroom. He was denied bond but will appear back in court in front of Judge George Zoghby today.
