MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) On Thursday, News 5 received numerous reports about residents in North Mobile County complaining about a strong odor possibly giving people headaches and sore throats.
We reached out to both the Mobile County Health Department and Mobile office of the Department of Environmental Management.
Both offices say they haven’t received any reports or complaints about a strong odor.
One of the reports came to our WKRG News 5 Facebook page. The person said there was a strong chemical smell in the Satsuma and Creola areas.
If you have any concerns, you’re encouraged to reach out to the Health Department and Department of Environmental Management.
