The Greatest Generation loses one of the greatest to come out of the Gulf Coast.  World War II Veteran Glenn Frazier passed away Saturday.  Frazier is best known as a survivor of the Bataan Death March and was one of the people featured in the Ken Burns documentary “The War.”

Frazier wrote a book about his experience in Japan called “Hell’s Guest.”  Last year we reported it was optioned for a movie.  After his time in the service, Frazier continued to be active in veteran circles and became a prominent voice for those who served in World War II.
