MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – A charitable pharmacy in Mobile is having to pay for a new door after someone broke into their facility and stole $120.
The thieves used a large piece of concrete to break in the glass door of Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy. The donation box was smashed and the money was taken from inside.
The pharmacy tells News 5 the damage will cost about $2,200, and that equates to a month of medicine for 48 patients.
They also tell News 5 they are replacing the door with reinforced glass and will be installing cameras in the front of the building.
