Mobile County

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Cedar Street Social Club is hosting a “Remembering a Hero” fundraiser Thursday for the widow of fallen MPD Officer Sean Tuder.

On the event page on Facebook, the bar says there’s been such an overwhelming response from people looking to attend, the fundraiser will be held at O’Daly’s Irish Pub not far away on Dauphin Street.

Officer Tuder was killed in the line of duty on January 20 and laid to rest last week.

Cedar Street Social Club says there will be a $5 cover charge, with all proceeds going directly to Krissy Tuder. There will also be raffles throughout the night.

Thursday’s fundraiser begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at midnight.

O’Daly’s Irish Pub is located at 564 Dauphin Street.
