MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The case of Kimberly Henderson, a Mobile County Metro Jail corrections officer who was arrested and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband in September, was dismissed Wednesday, according to court documents.
During Henderson’s preliminary hearing Wednesday, the court found no probable cause for her charge.
Henderson had worked as a corrections officer since 2016.
