WEATHER ALERT: Severe thunderstorms, risk of tornadoes

Tonight we get thunderstorms. Some will be strong and there is a risk of severe weather. Straight line winds are the main threat, but a tornado is possible.

Thunderstorms will move from west to east through the evening. By the time thunderstorms move away most will have picked up 1-2 inches of rain. Isolated spots may get several inches of rain. Some spots could see flash flooding.
