Calling all Conecuh Sausage fans: the Conecuh Sausage Festival returns with a fun-packed schedule for its 16th year.

The Evergreen-Conecuh Chamber of Commerce, along with the City of Evergreen presents the 16th annual Conecuh Sausage Festival on Saturday, October 20th, with festivities starting two days earlier on Thursday October 18th.

The event kicks off on Thursday at 7pm with a PCA Rodeo, which carries on through Friday and Saturday. Then, beginning on Friday, its the South East Regional Fly-In (SERFI), which also carries over to Saturday. It doesn’t stop there, though, on Saturday there will be a car show, the Alabama Junior & High School Rodeo (carries on to Sunday), and of course- the Conecuh Sausage Festival begins at nine in the morning and lasts all day until five in the evening.

This year’s festival features live entertainment throughout the day, over 100 Arts & Crafts vendors, food vendors, a children’s area, and the car show. Entering a car in the show costs $20, but just looking at the clean machines is free.

Gates for the PCA Rodeo each night open at 6pm. Armbands are $10 each for adults and $5 each for children, or $20 for a 3-day pass. Children two and under will be free. the South East Regional Fly-In will be held on October 19th and 20th from 9am to 5pm. Armbands will be $5 each and children under 12 will be free. Alabama Junior & High School Rodeo will be held on October 20th and 21st starting at 9am and armbands will be $5 each and children under 2 will be free. Parking will be free for all the events.
