Citronelle Police say meth found on garbage truck; operator arrested

Citronelle, Ala. — Police in Citronelle posted on Facebook about the arrest of a garbage truck operator.

They say Benjamin Travis Weaver was arrested after a search of his truck revealed 6 grams of methamphetamine.

Police say the truck was searched after they pulled Weaver over for not having a license plate.  He was taken to Mobile Metro Jail on a charge of probation revocation, with further charges expected to be upgraded today.
