BREAKING: Third earthquake hits Gulf Coast in less than a week

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) – For the third time in less than a week, an earthquake has hit the gulf coast.

The lastest one, a magnitude 2.3, happened Tuesday night just north of  Flomaton according to the United States Geological survey.

On March 7, a magnitude 2.7 earthquake struck northwest Florida.

Monday, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake hit near Flomaton and Pollard.
