Two hurt in Mobile stabbing

UPDATE 6/28/21 12:38 pm:

From MPD news release: On 06/26/2021 at 0828 hours, officers responded to 408 N Broad Street for a report of two stabbed. Upon arrival that during an altercation the two men stabbed each other and they were both transported to the hospital. After further investigation, detectives determined that Robert Glass 02/21/1957 should be arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree. Glass will be transported to Metro Jail after his release from the hospital.

UPDATE 11:00 AM:

Two men are hurt after a stabbing on Broad Street in Mobile.  It happened at about 8:30 Saturday morning on Broad Street near Dr Martin Luther King Jr Avenue.  Police put up crime scene tape around the parking lot of the Dollar General store on Broad Street.  That’s across the street from Bishop State’s main campus.

Mobile Police tell us two people were taken to a hospital after two men got into a fight and stabbed each other. No word yet on the extent of the injuries or if anyone was charged with a crime.

ORIGINAL STORY: MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) – A stabbing has been reported in Mobile.

According to the Crime Map, a stabbing was reported around 8:30 Saturday morning at 408 North Broad Street. Mobile Police tell News Five that the scene is secure and that it was a possible domestic related incident.
