Arraignment for accused cop killer Marco Perez rescheduled


MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The arrainment for Marco Perez, the man accused of shooting and killing Mobile Police Officer Sean Tuder, has been rescheduled. In a tweet, the Mobile District Attorney’s Office says Perez will now appear in court on Febuary 4th at 2:30pm.

Perez faces a capital murder charge for the death of Offcier Tuder.
