ATLANTA, Ga. (CNN) — Monday is National Panda Day! Pandas are among the world’s most endangered species. There are fewer than two-thousand of them in the world, partly because panda breeding programs are uncommon.
Pandas usually isolate themselves while in the world. Their diet consists mainly of plants, and unlike most bears, pandas don’t hibernate during the winter.
