NEW ORLEANS, La. (WKRG) – A dream motorcycle trip across the U.S. has turned into a nightmare for friends and family of a Danish biker who vanished in New Orleans. Bikers from Denmark reached out to the Biker Dad blog about the disappearance of Poul Hansen. Hansen and his motorcycle club, Blood of Heroes were on a coast to coast tour of the United States when they made a stop in New Orleans. His friends tell us he is married and has 2 children. They are worried something bad has happened to him.

Henrick Larsen of the Blood of Heroes tells us Hansen was last seen Friday on Bourbon Street. They say he was planning on going to a jazz concert. The group vowed to stay together in at least groups of four because of concerns about crime in the U.S.. But, he somehow got separated from the group. New Orleans Police say their missing person report stated he went missing from New Orleans East however. Either way, he appears to have vanished without a trace and his motorcycle club, his friends and his family are desperate to find him.

Hansen is 5 foot 7 with graying black hair. He wears glasses and has a tattoo of skull on his right upper arm. He’s in his early 40s.

If you have any information call New Orleans police or email Henrick Larsen:
