Third suspect wanted in 2017 Foley kidnapping case

Baldwin County

FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for Lenard Porter, 20, regarding a kidnapping incident from 2017 in Foley.

Two other men, 21-year-old Tydarrius Mason and 19-year-old Antonio Walker were indicted by a grand jury on kidnapping and robbery charges Monday, Feb. 4.

Investigators say Porter is “aware of his warrants, but remains at large.”

The alleged incident happened in February of 2017 at a community swimming pool on Adams Circle. Investigators say an underage girl conspired with the three suspects to rob and kidnap two children at the pool.

According to the sheriff’s office, the suspects entered the pool with long guns and forced the victims to the ground, tying one of them to a post. The suspects allegedly tied the other victim up, put them in the trunk and drove off.

All suspects face charges of robbery and kidnapping.

Anyone who knows where deputies can find Lenard Porter is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (251) 937-0202.
