Overnight single-vehicle crash claims life of Foley man

A fatal overnight crash claimed the life of a Foley man Saturday, September 1st. 

Alabama State Troopers say, around 2:00 a.m. 32-year-old Zachary Landon Gregory of Foley was driving east in a 2011 Crysler 300 on County Road 10 when he left the roadway, hit a group of trees and overturned several times. 

22-year-old Samuel E. Clayton and 35-year-old Amanda Dixon Gregory of Foley were passengers in the vehicle. Clayton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Zachary and Amanda were taken to South Baldwin Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Alabama State Troopers are continuing their investigation.
