BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WKRG) — Local law enforcement agencies gathered together in Bay Minette Tuesday morning to pray for the family of Officer Sean Tuder and the Mobile Police Department.
Bay Minette Officer Robert Gates, who also serves as the police chaplain, led the prayer.
The gathering took place on the Blue Line Crosswalk in front of the Bay Minette Police Department.
Officer Tuder was shot and killed in the line of duty Sunday afternoon. His funeral will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Dauphin Way Baptist Church. The visitation is scheduled for Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 10 -11 a.m. We plan on covering those events live as well.
