UPDATE: A 65-year-old woman from Pontotoc, Mississippi died in a crash on I-10 at Daphne Tuesday. Her husband was taken to Malbis ER and transferred to University Hospital. He was told about his wife’s death by paramedics.
Police say a 2004 Ford F250 was pulling a trailer when the trailer possibly started to fish tail. Roadway evidence indicated the truck ran off the road to the right and hit the rumble strips. The vehicle then abruptly went to the left and again to the right. This indicated over steering. The trailer flipped on its side and pushed the truck down the side of the interstate until it flipped the truck on its roof.
UPDATE: Police say it was an out of town couple in a truck pulling a trailer. Daphne PD says the woman was driving. It happened shortly before 9 o’clock Tuesday morning. The woman was killed.
