DAPHNE, Ala. (WKRG) — Delwin Knight is charged with reckless endangerment in connection with an incident last week on Highway 181 where he allegedly almost ran a female driver off the road, flipped her off and cursed at her. That driver is an employee of the police department.
At a hearing Wednesday morning, a judge revoked Knight’s bond on nine previous charges. He now faces eight counts of harassment and two reckless endangerment charges, all misdemeanors.
Last month, Knight turned himself in on the previous charges telling reporters he was not a bad person and the drivers were targeting him.
He is scheduled to be in municipal court next Tuesday.
