BCSO deputies make food delivery to Lee County storm victims

OPELIKA, Ala. (WKRG) — Baldwin County Sheriff’s deputies delivered food to those affected by Sunday’s deadly storm in Lee County. Tuesday, deputies delivered food to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and storm victims at Providence Baptist Church in Opelika. 

Four Baldwin County Deputies with ties to Lee County made the trip. The deputies have either worked in the area before or have family and friends there.

The gym at Providence Baptist Church in Opelika is being used as a collection site for donations. According to the church’s Facebook page, they are at capacity for donations.
