ROBERTSDALE, Ala. (WKRG) – Baldwin County farmer Aaron Bengtson turned himself in on an assault charge from an incident on July 7 at the Bengston Farm in Robertsdale.
Roberstdale Police say Bengtson and another man got into an argument while loading a truck. The victim told police he was seriously injured when Bengtson allegedly poked him in the eye.
Bengston was charged with first-degree assault and booked in the Baldwin County Jail.
